Powered by the dynamic duo George Bukhov-Weinstein and Ilya Demichev, long-time school friends and business partners. They have dedicated their lives to hospitality, co-founding several successful restaurants such as Goodman steakhouses, Burger & Lobster restaurants, and Beast in London.
